Here at PJB we get a few people every once and a while trying find vulnerabilities in the site. Luckily for us we log things that aren't normal - got a few e-mail alerts of some abnormal activity from the IP 72.160.168.112 - based on the logs he was trying to run a vulnerability scan on the site. While his IP was automatically blocked by the site I decided to check it out anyway. Turns out this dude has a vulnerability of his own -- check it out http://72.160.168.112/ -- as a warning to all, scanning the site with an automated tool will get you banned permanently and if you do something as stupid as leaving your security cameras unprotected after we catch you, well we'll post those too.

Pic uploading will probably be disabled for the rest of the day in preparation of the server move. Chat/Comments/Tags will possibly go down for a few hours but the site should remain up in a read only fashion throughout the server move. If at any point you cannot access the site try opening a cmd prompt and running ipconfig /flushdns

Fixed the stats issue - pretty sure all of the statistics on the site should be accurate now. Site error reports will now be automagically reported to site developers to assist in fixing site bugs. New server has been shipped to our datacenter which will greatly improve site speed - expect it to be up and running within the next 2 weeks.

I just want to thank each and everyone who comes to this site and contributes daily to my lifelong dream of creating a site that people would actually go on. And especially to the Mods - without them the site would die. We've had a couple rough patches here and there but all in all this community can and will grow with your help to its full potential

We had a crude/vulgar tag issue and have recently resolved it. At the same time it looks like the auto ban bot decided to ban a lot of innocent people. This problem should now be corrected. Sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused.

We've had our database/backup server crash...best I can do right now is restore a backup from November... Don't try to upload pics you've uploaded in the last month it won't let you. I'll keep working on it...
If you've created an account and can't login please RECREATE your account - unless we are able to restore something from the crashed server we wont be able to restore your account.
If we are unable to restore a more recent copy of the database we will come up with someway to add the pics that have been uploaded in the last month back to the site without you having to reupload them.
Terribly sorry for the inconvenience - we'll keep you posted. And don't worry we've fired the guy who put the database and the backups on the same server...

Where to start!? Lots of updates came today - sorry if anyone had temporary issues
Created a homepage for the site - moved the gallery pages
Added the ability to specify the parent pic when you upload - please try to so we can use the set feature to its full potential and don't forget to tag!
Removed the thumbs displayed and the thumb size options from the nav bar, use your user profile settings instead.
Discovered a new bug today - apparently my image similarity software is hampering the ability to upload large images, I'll look into this asap

Created a 'view set' page to allow easier viewing of pics with related images if you haven't seen the sets feature yet you can find it here: View Sets

Also added the ability to download the complete set - so you don't have to copy all the images off the site.

Couple days ago I fixed the upload (sorry guys)
Fixed the age results being a week old - should update every 5 minutes
When your viewing a pic the current avg guessed age is displayed - when you click on a number you submit a vote and it will highlight your guess from then on.

Reprogramed the way the pic views were logged/recorded - This was causing the pic display page to run very slowly went from 2700ms to 240ms
Also I discovered that the next page of top viewed wasn't displaying the correct range - this has been fixed.
Now that the old site is gone your default fav list wont rebuild itself every time you add a favorite
Originally it had to be that way for backwards compatibility
